At this year’s Anuga FoodTec, which takes place every 3 years, tsenso had every reason to celebrate!
From numerous applications, an international jury of experts selected 14 companies/innovations, which have received the INTERNATIONAL FOODTEC AWARD on March 19, 4 in gold and 10 in silver. The award is the leading innovation prize in international food technology and is presented by the DLG and its specialist partners. It honors successfully implemented innovative concepts in the fields of process technology, automation and robotics, filling and packaging technology, environmental technology, biotechnology, process management including software solutions, logistics, food safety and quality management.
tsenso received the silver award in the Safety and Analytics category for the FreshIndex – Digital quality assurance for fresh produce.
Prof. Dr. Katharina Riehn (DLG Vice President) presented the certificate and medal to Dr. Matthias Brunner (tsenso) with the words: “Your pioneering innovation impressively demonstrates that a spirit of pro-gress and inventiveness paired with the highest engineering skills are always capable of overcoming technological hurdles and tapping into new potential in terms of sustainability and efficiency.”
